I was reading the book "The 4 Hour Workweek" by Tim Ferris and it really opened my eyes to automating as much as possible. I know that a personal touch is still critical but no need to work harder than necessary right! Haha.

ANSWERS to Step One Questions:
!. Massive leverage is caused by creating duplication (something a lot of people can do easily) and the "Power of One" (bringing in one new paying member a month and teaching your team to do the same). Using Alan Cosens "Non Magic Formula" is a perfect way to help you begin to get one new member a month from your list. Following a given path and then helping your team take the same path is the idea. You need the power of a group of people not just trying to do it all yourself. If you try it yourself, you will find that what is required for success is too BIG to create on your own. It takes massive leverage to create success. And leverage begins with duplication.
2. Make a list as big as possible and contact as many of those people as you can!

4. A funnel is a system that begins by someone seeing a capture page where you enter your name and email. This takes you to the next part of the funnel which is a sales page or "welcome page" This gives you what you signed up for free and then attempts to sell you into the program as well. The next step is the emails you receive. By email communication, people are able to possibly know, like and trust you a little and either join you from a link or email you back and find out more details. At some point they may join your program and the training platform you use is the next part of the funnel. This can bring your members up a ladder from a small paid membership to a more expensive membership and so forth based on what level of success you want to have and attention and personal guidance that you need.
5. Focus on getting one funnel going at a time and creating success with it. Then you can move on to the next level of funnel.
6. Free ad sites will allow you to advertise but will take up more of your time. Paid sites will take more of you money but free up more of your time.
7. Reading the short version is ok but will not walk you through the guidance that you need to understand each pillar in depth. I highly encourage everyone to actually save up, buy and read the book whether in book form, online or audible form. I like the audible form because I can listen to it while I'm driving to the store etc...

ANSWERS FOR STEP 2:
1) There is no “magic” program that will make you a success or finally start bringing in money. The secret is in the marketer through hard work and building “know like and trust” with your list. Also developing the 5 Critical Skills is a necessity in this equation. The Magic is in YOU as the marketer

2) Whatever your "Why" is, make sure "it makes you cry" or its probably not deep enough to make you do what it takes to achieve it.
3) I understand that most people are completely afraid of making a list of those they know and reaching out to say something to them. However, IF you do it the way Alan Cosens talks about in
the "Non Magic Formula", you should have NO problems with it. It should be like 1-2-3. However, it's totally up to you if you want to push yourself outside your "comfort zone". Leaders will do this just for the experience of learning and growing. But this is ultimately your decision and you can follow this path or not. Internet marketing appears to not deal with people personally as we send ads and emails with links, but in the end getting to actually know your subscribers is VITAL and it comes back on you in the end, so all you can learn about "networking" with others will help you out in the long run!
4) This kind of advertising is to those you don’t know and is a "cold" market and harder to create “know like and trust”. Understand that advertising is just the FIRST step. It takes much more skill communicating to them through your email list to create the trust it takes to make a sale. If you make a sale from advertising an ad only – You just got lucky.
5) If you're getting subscribers, then you're on the right track! Great job. Now look for those subscribers who reply back. This is the KEY to success. So if they aren't responding back, think to yourself "why not" and then go into your emails and take a good long look at the emails you're sending them. Brainstorm about what you can do and change in the emails. Ask us for help if you

1. I wish I had heard of the Non Magic Formula myself. However, we can still learn how to connect with people
that we come into contact with each day, if you're willing to go outside your comfort zone and learn it.
The instructions are in Step 3. The thing about this approach is that very few people realize how important the skills
of being able to talk to people we don't know and network with people are. If you think about it, the rich and powerful network
with those who are able to bring about the most influence for whatever they're promoting such as television networks, news etc...
Network marketing on a whole other level. That's why its always good to develop your skills,
even if your main interest is online marketing. Just a suggestion!
